Sourdough Bread

The Wedgetail

This loaf is named after the wheat variety we freshly mill from our local biodynamic farmer. It contains just 3 ingredients. Flour, Water and Salt which enables the star ingredient to shine.

The Seedy Loaf

The Seedy Loaf is not at all dodgy. Packed full of healthy grains and seeds mostly from Grampians origin. High in omega 3 grains including Grampians flax seed and Camelina seed. Camelina seed is a heritage oilseed dating back to the bronze age which we then roast to provide a nutty flavour.

A play on on words named after the much likeable character Radar O'Reilly from the TV series MASH this loaf has lovely earthy buttery flavours.

The Fruit Loaf

Packed with fruit at over 30% bakers weight this loaf is great toasted for breakfast with lashings of butter and goes well used as a cheese toastie.
